Hatel Bhakta Hatel is the co-founder of Creative Intellects, which allows her the opportunity to bridge the gap between creativity and innovation. As a founding partner of Creative Intellects, Hatel has been able to leverage her quantitative and qualitative skills in working with clients to improve their marketing strategy to increase their bottom line. Hatel is effective at managing clientele and ensuring that the firm is consistent in delivery of products and services solutions. She places a strong emphasis to ensure that Creative Intellects provides superior quality, and cost effective solutions without compromising the value of products and services. She has extensive experience in innovative marketing strategies for the traditional and non-traditional market. Prior to becoming co-founder of Creative Intellects, Hatel became a Chief Marketing Officer for SG+A, where she developed programs with quantifiable objectives to enable agency growth, analyze market trends, and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on consistent analysis and feedback. Hatel began her career at Wells Fargo & Company. She was able to lay the foundation of her success, by holding several positions and actively integrated service with leadership by providing financial support, to include but not limited to, communication with senior executives, leading and managing profitability and productivity analysis while playing a pivotal role in budget development for a subsidiary of Wells Fargo. Hatel Bhakta graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in Business Administration with emphases in Finance & Marketing. She is also an advisory board member for the California Fashion Association and TALA, as well as a member of The Professionals Club. In addition, Hatel is also a member of the co-ed professional fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. In her spare time, Hatel utilizes her creative skills by running a beauty blog, aptly named Hatel Make Me

In true entrepreneurial form, Mr. Solanki was able to bridge the gap between traditional advertising and emerging and innovative techniques on the World Wide Web, resulting in developing a full-service advertising agency. His unique skill set allows him to combine the "bigger" picture, through strategic perspective combining his extensive knowledge of both design and technology. As a true creative innovator and expert, he utilizes his breadth of knowledge in enhancing the company's capability to reach an increase in market share. Mitesh began his career in advertising by working at 760 Media and worked on campaigns for key accounts, which include: McDonalds, Nextel, Ingram Micro, DENSO, Tesla Motors, BMW, Mitsubishi, Homex, ViaSat, Gordon and Smith, REEF, and Trader Joes. He plays a pivotal role in establishing unique trade processes to ensure that the clients are recognized as a brand of prestige. Mr. Solanki is the former Chief Executive Officer of SG+A a progressive interactive media and web development firm. There he lead the agencies growth through strategic business development and provided the leadership and vision for organizational growth. Mr. Solanki later re-branded SG+A into Creative Intellects. In addition, Mitesh is also an adjunct professor for Palomar College in the Graphic Communications Department, where he plays an pivotal role in developing new curriculum in digital communications and interactive media. He develops education standards that are specific to accreditation for the UC and California State University schools. In his spare time, Mitesh is the founder of a successful blog aptly named, Invent Creativity, where he provides industry insight on creative and brainstorming techniques relevant to business and educational organizations.
